Just got these sent over from our friend Adiela Marie.  Once again she knocks one out the park with these!!!!  Check out more of her beautiful work here…  If you missed the show this past Saturday or quedaste con las ganas you get a second chance next week.  We’ ll be performing two nights in a row, November 18th and 19th en La Respuesta en Santurce.   We’re gonna DESTROY that place.  Ponte ready.

Thanks again to everyone that passed thru Pa’l Cielo for Wednesdays instore event.  I had a lot of fun putting the selections together for the night. It was a trip to sort of look back at some of the things we were listening to as we worked on the material that became El Pozo.  For those of you who couldn’t make it to La Tertulia this past Tuesday you get a second chance to see the acoustic set.  This Saturday, October 29th we will be perfoming a FREE SHOW, guitarra, voz y bateria, at Executive Manolo in Santurce.  The show is 100% libre de costo.  We’ll be preforming tunes from El Pozo and Mima’s self-titled 2005 record.  WE ALSO CREATED SPECIAL EL POZO T-SHIRTS AND PINS SPECIFICLY FOR THIS EVENT SO DON’T MISS OUT ON YOUR CHANCE TO SCOOP THESE UP!!! They’re pretty limited.  El Pozo, the new record will be on sale in both CD and Vinyl formats alongside the 2nd edition of the 2005 MIMA album.  Come by and celebrate with us!!!  4PM!!!

Thanks to everyone who passed by La Tertulia for Tuesday’s instore event!!  Wednesday we will be hosting our second instore of the week in Pa’l Cielo (Chinchorro Glorificado) Esq. Calle Loiza y Betances in Santurce from 9 to 11pm.  Mima will be on hand selling and signing copies of the new record, El Pozo, available in both CD and the extra bossy double vinyl.  We’ll also have copies of the new edition of her first album as well as those super crisp B&W posters featured below…  I will be doing a special DJ set playing songs off both the Mima records alongside tunes Yari and I selected as being influences during the recording and production of El Pozo.  Come by and celebrate with us.  If you haven’t had a chance to pick up the record Wednesday will be the perfect opportunity!!!
